Hello! I am not sure if I understand it: can everyone be a part of this project? Because I really want to do this one. The objectives will need to be updated, but one of the immediate things that can be worked on is to go through the Unused Files and see if you locate a page that they can go on. I have already cleaned out quite a few that were really low quality, such as the ones where someone took a camera and photographed an episode that was playing on their TV. There's more to do, but we can only see the first 1000 unused files before it stops. Eventually, each picture should have the following information:

Eventually, each picture should have the following information: * A file name that relates to what the picture is about instead of a random name. * A summary for the picture and a link to the episode it came from. Something like: Homer swings and misses the ball. ("[[Homer at the Bat]]") * Licensing. Most of it will be {{Fair use}} unless we need to be more specific. * Categories for the episode the picture came from, whether it's a promotional image, and categories for the characters shown in the picture. All of these need to be overhauled first. See this picture for an example of one that has all of those items. Season 15 should be available on DVD this week. Between the DVDs and iTunes, we should be able to get higher-quality screencaps for everything except Seasons 16 through 19 since those haven't been released yet. We can switch to using jpg pictures instead of png since if you set a jpg for low compression/high quality, the file size is much smaller, loads fast and looks about the same as a png file. —RRabbit42 (leave a message) 02:50, December 10, 2012 (UTC)
