You must destroy four Jet-type arms forts. The enemy units are black, rather small AFs armed with plasma cannons and lethal, over-sized laser blades. The only weak points of the Arms Forts are the small ventilation shafts on top of the armored shells. The holes are large enough for a NEXT to enter, and also provide good cover from the plasma shots and laser blades of the Jets. You should take just a couple of hits from the cannons of nearby units. To get an easy S Rank, just fly into these holes and fire at the shafts with everything you have.

To get an easy S Rank, just fly into these holes and fire at the shafts with everything you have. The best design for this mission is probably a reverse legged model with high energy defense. Reverse legged ACs are usually shorter, as such they shouldn't be hit when into the shafts because there is no part that protudes from the hole. Machineguns/Gatlings are probably the best choice thanks to their high ammo capacity. Better not to use explosive weapons such as rockets or grenades as you will be caught in the blast radius. Before landing onto the shaft, make sure that there is NOTHING into the hole!! It may happen that part of a laser blade is INSIDE it (even if this should be impossible, as the beam emitters are all outside the shaft). Anyway, if this happens, just move around the AF forcing it to move its blades to try to hit you. Once the hole is empty, you should be able to land inside and fire to the shaft without problems. Another strategy is to fly above/around the top vent of the AF and launching grenades in using the OGOTO, GRB-TRAVERS, YAMAGA, or GANO1-SS-AW. Anyway this is significantly harder as you must keep an eye to the plasma shots from the AFs, costantly dodge and ALSO take aim for the shafts.
