Choosing a graduate committee is something that should be planned as the final semester of the graduate curriculum begins. Ideally the 3 advisors are professors in the same or a similar field. Many times these professors will be the ones that the student has had in a recent class, so it is imperative that relations with all professors be kept professional and positive as long as circumstances permit.

- The Committee(委員会Īnkai) are the heads of Sector Seven. They are an apparent reason for the conflict between Sector Seven and the Novus Orbis Librarium due to their detest for the latter. It's unknown if Kokonoe Mercury was a member. During BlazBlue: Chronophantasma, the Committee released Azrael from stasis after a telephone call from Relius. They gave Azrael the orders to take down Kokonoe and Iron Tager, and to confiscate Ragna the Bloodedge's Azure Grimoire. They put multiple restraints on the Mad Dog so he wouldn't go berserk.
- The Committee on Extraordinary Interventions, colloquially known as the Committee, is a group of aces and joker-aces, banded together as a branch of the United Nations. The Committee acts in a pseudo-military capacity to counter threats that are beyond the scope, or capabilities, of conventional defence forces, particularly those threats posed by rogue wild carders whose power may be impossible, or impractical for conventional forces to contain.

abstract
| - Choosing a graduate committee is something that should be planned as the final semester of the graduate curriculum begins. Ideally the 3 advisors are professors in the same or a similar field. Many times these professors will be the ones that the student has had in a recent class, so it is imperative that relations with all professors be kept professional and positive as long as circumstances permit. The ideal advisor on a thesis committee is a professor that is easy to reach, knowledgable of the subject matter, and receptive to the thesis proposal. Proper guidance can make a solid thesis much stronger, especially a professor with years of experience in different professions (not necessarily only on the academic front). If a student does not plan ahead, there exists a chance that they will not acquirre the panel of advisors that will best direct them and provide the best guidance during the development of the thesis. This can lead to problems during the final presentation / defense of the thesis, especially if communication has not been frequent.
The scope of the Committee is more focused than that of the United Nations. Its objectives include maintaining international peace and security, promoting human rights, and providing humanitarian aid in cases of famine, natural disaster, and armed conflict.
- The Committee(委員会Īnkai) are the heads of Sector Seven. They are an apparent reason for the conflict between Sector Seven and the Novus Orbis Librarium due to their detest for the latter. It's unknown if Kokonoe Mercury was a member. The Committee are first shown in the BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II story That which is inherited. Around 15-20 of the Committee were present at the Sector Seven Board Meeting and later ordered Relius Clover to look at the Deus Machina: Nirvana that they retrieved during the Phenomena Weapon Dispossession Operation; another event that they orchestrated. The Committee's relationship with Relius Clover is largely ambiguous.
