The European Defensive Alliance is a French dominated alliance of puppet states that was created in the aftermath of the Third Global War and to confront the United States and Russia lead Juneau Pact alliance, as well as the de-facto Brazilian Bloc, an unoffical alliance of other nations that did not join either of the other two alliances. The alliance also has several "confederates" that, though having not joined the EDA, they are still allied to France, so therefore are sometimes considered part of the alliance.
