- A powerful villain called the "Freezing Man" rises and takes over Bikini Bottom. Will everybody be able to defeat the evil villain? Or will they suffer defeat?
- While on a camping trip, SpongeBob tells the story of a haunted woods claimed to have evil spirits waiting to kill their next victim.
- After Mr. Krabs hires some officers to guard the secret formula while he is asleep, Plankton comes up with plans to steal the formula using Cosmo and Wanda.
- Vicky once again gets fired from being a babysitter, and she takes a new job as a police officer. But since Vicky is evil, her being a police officer could threaten Dimmsdale.
- Puffy Fluffy returns to get revenge on Gary.
- Timmy gets lost at the deepest darkest place in the ocean, and Cosmo and Wanda get captured by Crocker. So its up to SpongeBob to find Timmy, and for Cosmo and Wanda to escape.
- Timmy decides to make an action movie thats full of violence. But after he accidentally breaks his parent's million dollar chair, he is not allowed to watch or make anything that involves violence. Will he be able to make the movie without his parents knowing?
- Mr. Krabs hires a new waiter for the Krusty Krab. But there is something awfully strange about the new waiter.
- SpongeBob, Patrick, Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda go back in time to when Bikini Bottom and Dimmsdale were first founded. But after Cosmo causes some havoc, the founders decide not to create those two cities. The founders of Dimmsdale also held Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda captive. And worse, the time machine gets broken. So its up to SpongeBob and Patrick to rescue them in order to fix the time machine, as well as fix the founding history of Bikini Bottom and Dimmsdale.
- SpongeBob's and Patrick's lives are switched to see what its like in their different lives. But Cosmo and Wanda accidentally break their wands, and when they try to revert SpongeBob and Patrick back to normal, the two only become half and half . Spongestar and Patbob may be in jeopardy unless they can find a way to revert back to their old lives.
- Cosmo and Wanda create a food fountain for Patrick who hasn't eaten anything since he lost all his money. But things are about to get messy when Mr. Krabs notices the fountain, and hopes to use it to earn money.
- Dennis gets revenge by kidnapping SpongeBob and Patrick, and its up to Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda to rescue them before its too late.
- Squidward wishes for SpongeBob and Patrick to disappear into the void and never come back. But without SpongeBob, the Krusty Krab is in peril and eventually closes down. Without a job, Squidward loses all his money. So he must decide if he should continue on with his poor life, or bring back SpongeBob and Patrick.
- Fed up with not winning the heart of Trixie Tang, Timmy seeks help from SpongeBob, Patrick, and Squidward. But their advice only seems to drive Timmy and Trixie farther apart.
- For his report on the ocean, Timmy Turner wishes to visit the Pacific Ocean, and see if there is anything interesting there. When he does, he meets the one and only SpongeBob SquarePants.
