Therefore, it is assumed as a political dialogue instrument for tukarese electorate, whose discontent with the current situation in the country has been systematically under-represented by the operating model of the most traditional political party, the União Democrática Tukarêse (Luthori: Tukarese Democratic Union). So, the CDC is integrated by people with different political positions, social classes and religious beliefs.
