It was made the capital of the Parish of Bailon during the aristocratic era of Beluzia. Bailon is an archipelago off the coast of Beluzia. It has a mixture of cultures from Dovani and Artania. It was once called "New Dovani" before being assimilated into the first government of Beluzia. Port Bailon was the largest residential settlement. A fort was built North of it, where Bailon's first settlers forged weapons. The forgery sites have been preserved and maintained as a part of the military's museums.
