Transforms into a Lenco Armored Personnel Carrier capable of withstanding enormous punishment. Halligan's obsessive work ethic takes it toll over time and often leave him low on energon. If placed in a tight spot, Halligan will always protect the innocents rather than a material objective. This makes him somewhat predictable in those situations.
