Elmo's Ribs was a restaurant located next to the Assembly of Christ in 1985, on the street behind the Department of Social Services building. Presumably, the restaurant specialized in barbecued pork spare ribs as well as delicious southwestern barbeque dishes . In 1955, the site had been occupied by Holt's Diner.
