In Areas 5 to 10, Cool Drinks are required; in Areas 5, 6, and 8 Heat Cancel (Low), and in Areas 7, 9, and 10 Heat Cancel (High) can also be used to avoid health depletion from the extreme heat. The mining nodes in Area 5 respawn every 4-5 minutes, in Monster Hunter Portable 3rd, mining points are static spots like in previous games.
