The soulmate apple is a stack of experience of 100 kills and becomes gold when it is completely filled. Apples can't stack more than 100 kills' experience. The experience stored in the apple is determined by the affinity value with the soulmate at the time where the kill is made. This affinity value is a percentage which increases with the time spent with the soulmate, and decreases when the soulmate is away. For each kill, the experience stored is equal to the 'experience given by the kill' x 'affinity value (%)' rounded to the inferior value.

The storage of experience points in the apple occurs only when soulmates are together. The apple is still active even if a soulmate is away or on another server, but it is reset to zero when one or both of the soulmates are disconnected.
