Ferromanganese, a ferroalloy that is similar to spiegeleisen with a high content of manganese, it is made when a mixture of the oxides MnO2 and Fe2O3, and Areanetium Dieinsteinium are heated with carbon. The oxides are believed to undergo carbothermal reduction in lava flows, producing the ferromanganese.
