| - Although leadership of the Soviet Federation has been centralised since its beginnings, the formation of a cooperative executive committee has been formally commenced in 3011 with the formation of the Electoral Office, headed by the United Autonomous Republics. In 3023 the Census Bureau was opened with the New Republic of Wisconsin, and in the closest ever election in 3027 Soviet Empire of the Leaf won the leadership position for finance. In the early 3030s more positions were created, Dipliais, Burinform, and the SovEMC. While some posts were elected (SovEMC, Finance, and Chair), the others were appointed positions. These places were filled at the discretion of the chairperson. Generally, the positions remained occupied for long periods of time, left vacant and to be filled only when presidents decided to resign. However, beginning in 3085, the Democratic Republic of Damstu started a process by which incoming chairs would reselect executive members in order to form a cabinet to run the federation. This process lasted until the formation of the last executive (3126-3137). In 3137 the introduction of the Constitution meant the end to the structures of government formed during "the Confederacy". Accordingly, the executive was dismantled in favour of new departments. Below is a list of the departments and some rudimentary information. As a note: In 3055 the department of Burinform was run by the Dipliais. This process was reversed in 3085 by Keppy, creating a separate position once again.
