Plot
| - Concerned with the tough new laws on vigilanteism in Gotham, Batman sends Batgirl to Bludhaven to work with and support Robin. Settling into an apartment until her new base is prepared she arrives just in time to save Robin from Shrike. The next night the two meet with Nightwing's old contacts in the Bludhaven police force to work out what was happening with the rumours of Blockbuster still being alive.
