(This article is about the Austrian company. Alma Creamery is the name of a company in the United States state of Kansas.) ALMA-Vorarlberg Käsefabrikation & Export reg.Gen.m.b.H (usually simply referred to as Alma) is a company in the Austrian western state of Vorarlberg that ages and markets cheese. It grew from a dairy cooperative begun in the late 19th century by Bregenz Forest dairy farmers. As small dairies in this area still produce cheeses and deliver them to Alma for aging and distribution, Alma functions mostly as an affineur rather than actually producing the cheeses.

In the summer, dairy cows in Vorarlberg are fed grass; in the winter, the feed is hay. This determines some of the characteristics of Alma's cheeses.
