Joseph Adam Eugene "Jef" Lekens (April 22, 1911 - September 13, 1973) was a Belgian hockey player. He had an extremely long playing career, spanning nearly 30 years. With the Belgian National Team, Lekens played in 10 major tournaments between 1928 and 1955. Lekens was one of the best-known Belgian hockey players of all-time and was an immensely popular figure. He spent most of his career playing with the various Antwerp clubs, but also played several seasons in Brussels. His fortunes took a turn for the worse later in life, and Lekens died penniless in 1973.
