The Lost Child is believed to be the sorrowful spirit of an executed youth. He (or she) is frightfully pale, with great saucers for eyes beneath a mop of unruly hair. Dressed in simple, though charred, garb, the Lost Child shyly peers out at the caster from behind a tree or corner of a building. After a moment, the phantasm opens its mouth and out pours a river of blood. A child’s laughter also precedes the manifestation of this apparition.[1a] Also Known As: The Abandoned, The Wretch, Wasted Youth[1a] Attracted By: Deceptive spells, Shadow Magic, Magic of Chaos[1a]
