The Ferranti Blue Fox Radar was a British multi-role I-band airborne airborne radar designed and built for the Royal Navy by Ferranti Defence Systems (later, GEC-Marconi) of Edinburgh, Scotland in the late 1970's. The Blue Fox was a lightweight frequency agile I band airborne radar designed for use on the British Aerospace Sea Harrier FRS.1, which also was fitted t 3 Royal Navy two-seat Hawker Hunters were also fitted with Blue Fox radars pilot training lessons. It was superseded by Blue Vixen Radar.
