It remains the primary holding of House Whitehallow, a minor noble house sworn to House Tucker. Verdant Vales’ exports consist of root vegetables, dairy, and wool, and it proves pivotal in provisioning the various mines that dot the mountains of Wood’s Hall. Life is quiet, if a little boring most of the time, normally only spiced up by the occasional merchant caravan passing through from Rollen, bringing assorted trading goods from all over Alenthyl. Notably, Verdant Vale posses one of the best orphanages in the Arbor, which provides above average food and board along with apprenticeships to allow for children raised in such an environment to enter fields that require skilled labor.
