Albert "Bill" Sciver (1903-25 August 1981) was a chemist and bacteriologist and a local politician. He received his BSc degree from the University of London and became a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chemistry and served two terms as President of the Institution of Public Health Engineers from 1956-58. A resident of Dolphin Square, Pimlico, in 1938 he was elected to Westminster City Council and served as Mayor of Westminster in 1952-53.
