At some point, Ellos learned through an information trader that an Imperial courier named Tiber Quent was going to be on Ord Mynock. He would be carrying technical plans for an Imperial project named Firestorm. Ellos planned to cause a blackout at the spaceport and steal the plans from Quent. Once that was done, he was going to hide them in a secret compartment of his R2 droid.
