The immediate impression is that Chip must clear out the herd of gliders and send them going everywhere, then the beehive, and then get the chips and exit. Instead, Chipsters found a way to win in 14 seconds. There is more than one route through; one of these ways is 5D 2L ULD 2L U [5], then invade and exit. Note that the gliders will cause the bugs to disperse themselves from what would otherwise be a pileup of bugs, causing them to reverse direction and kill Chip.
