Description: SCP-RS-015 is the designation for a group of trees found in the lot of the abandoned Draynor Manor, located some █.█ km north of Draynor Village. They superficially resemble common dead trees with the exception of generally having fewer branches. If approached by a human subject, SCP-RS-015 will become animate and physically assault the subject with its branches and roots until he or she retreats or expires. Despite their aggressive nature, SCP-RS-015 instances are rooted to the ground and thus otherwise immobile. The trunk and branches are highly elastic and will deflect almost all melee weapons and projectiles. SCP-RS-015 appears to be only vulnerable to silver blades that have been blessed by a member of Saradominist faith. The reason for this is unknown. Analysis of soil recovered from the lot has revealed several unidentified compounds. They are believed to be linked to the anomalous nature of the grove, although it is not known why only certain trees are affected. Such trees lose their atypical properties a few weeks after being transplanted. SCP-RS-015 came to the Foundation's attention following reports of "undead trees" attacking civilians. The reports could not initially be verified and were considered hoaxes until a researcher was injured after wandering into the lot. The Foundation immediately took over the property and subsequently established the Draynor Manor Restoration Fund to avoid suspicion. Addendum: Studies have shown that cabbages grown in the Draynor Manor lot are considered more palatable than those in control groups. D-class personnel have reported no ill effects from consumption.
