Gelia Torly, a Bajoran female, was a cargo handler aboard Deep Space 9 in 2370. She had been in the Bajoran Resistance and was a known associate of the Kohn-Ma. After the bombing of Garak's shop, she was considered a suspect. Following Major Kira's interrogation of her, it was revealed that she was only ordered to place a poster reading "Die, Cardassians!" and signed Kohn-Ma on the wall of Garak's shop shortly before the bombing. She was not the actual bomber. (DS9 novel: Betrayal)
