It served as a naval port, Imperial Army barracks, military academy, and command center for Imperial High Command throughout the Galactic Civil War and the Post-Endor Imperial power struggle. The station was constructed over O'paal along the Tarkin Corridor. Many prominent Imperial officers attended the station's academy. The station was destroyed in 14 ABY by the Firecats and Ghost Squadron, two New Republic commando units. Imperial High Command was wiped out in the process.
