T'Met IV is the fourth planet in the Romulan star system T'Met. Very little is known about the planet's internal politics and it seems to hold very little importance to the Empire. Federation Ambassador Sokath Gishtan was initially sent there in July of 2383 to negotiate a trade agreements with the local government. However, the ambassador had noted increasing tensions during the first two months of 2384, including a rash of unexplained disappearances in the capital city, Galan Rrhiol. The Federation lost contact with the ambassador on Stardate 61148.9.
