  • Title and short intro here.
  • Helicopters are a type of vehicle that can take off and land vertically, and even stand in the mid air. They fly with rotors. Technically speaking, the first appearance of the helicopter in the Destroy All Humans! series is Destroy All Humans! in which Armquist uses it to get in and fly off from Area 42 Airfield and land in Capitol City. Only in the third game, the armed version of the helicopter can be seen.
  • Helicopters (also referred to as Choppers) are recurring aircraft first introduced in Grand Theft Auto 1 as non-controllable vehicles, and available as controllable vehicles since Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Helicopters complement fixed-wing aircraft, and possesses advantages and drawbacks. Due to similar attributes, gyrocopters, such as the Little Willie, are classified under this article, although both the helicopter and the gyrocopter fall more accurately under the rotorcraft category.
  • Helicopters are encountered in all stages of the game and come in two forms, the Grey Goose transport variant, and the AH-64D. Though Alex is unable to pilot or hijack either form of the helicopter in the beginning portion of the game, he is eventually given the opportunity to consume a helicopter pilot and gains the ability to hijack and pilot helicopters. The AH-64 is equipped with a guided machine gun, rockets, and homing missiles. The transport variant is modeled after the UH-60A Blackhawk and is armed with the same arsenal, but without the guided machine gun.
  • Helicopters are rotor aircraft. Their main advantage is the ability to take off and land vertically.
  • Helicopters are encoutered only in The Operative: No One Lives Forever missions Rescue Attempt and A Very Large Explosion. Helicopters are capable of taking a great deal of damage before going down. They are also capable of dealing a great deal of damage, as they are equipped with a minigun and a paratrooper on board will shoot at you with its Hampton MPL 9mm SMG. It's best countered with assault rifles or SMG's, although you need at least 2 clips to take a helicopter down.
  • In Leonardo da Vinci's lab, you can see his helicopter prototype.
  • This is a list of Matchbox helicopter models with MB model numbers.
  • Helicopters are uncommon, even now in the glory days of sp3x. They are relatively simple to make, but unfortunately they can sometimes be hard to control.
  • Helicopters come in either single- or twin-rotor varieties, with the former usually being hostile, especially to Big Dog and Tyler, and the latter working for the MotorStormers. In Apocalypse, there are also single-rotor gunships, which are extremely hostile toward players and play a pivotal role in the end-game of Big Dog's series of events.
  • Several helicopters are featured in the storyline of Lost.
  • Helicopters were introduced along with the Steampunk Heroes. The update also included a pocket version of the helicopters, which costs 599 for one day's use and 4999 for permanant usage. It is an unlimited use widget with a 1 minute 30 second cool down between uses.
  • A helicopter is a type of rotorcraft in which lift and thrust are supplied by one or more engine driven rotors. In contrast with fixed-wing aircraft, this allows the helicopter to take off and land vertically, to hover, and to fly forwards, backwards and laterally. These attributes allow helicopters to be used in congested or isolated areas where fixed-wing aircraft would not be able to take off or land. The capability to efficiently hover for extended periods of time allows a helicopter to accomplish tasks that fixed-wing aircraft and other forms of vertical takeoff and landing aircraft cannot perform.
  • This is a disambiguation for all helicopter related pages and articles.
  • Helicopters are important and uncontrollable vehicles both in the movie and in the game, they belong to Sosa , Gaspar Gomez and the police, Tony himself doesn't own a particular helicopter despite all his empire and can't control one, in the game, even when the helicopter is landed, Tony can't enter one, they are only NPC-Controlled vehicles and doesn't have a programmed handling for the player to control it, yet, they are destroyable, the most prominent appearence of a Helicopter in the movie is when Sosa sends his men to kill Omar Suarez by hanging with with a rope by the neck and throwing him from the helicopter, killing him.
  • Helicopters are a class of units and type of Aircraft. The first unit of this class, the Helicopter, becomes available in the Modern Age. Like Fighter Aircraft and Bomber Aircraft, Helicopters are built at the Airbase, with production requiring both File:Wealth.jpg Wealth and File:Oil.jpg Oil. Unlike other Aircraft, however, they are not garrisoned at the Airbase; they do not need to return to the Airbase to refuel.
