(DS9: "Trials and Tribble-ations") Lieutenant Watley was beamed off the Enterprise, along with most of the rest of that starship's crew, during the M-5 wargames tests in which the entire crew of USS Excalibur was killed and Lexington badly damaged. (TOS: "The Ultimate Computer") Voluntarily transferring back to the Lexington, Lieutenant Watley was horrified to find that many of her former shipmates and friends were numbered amongst the injured and slain.
