- Frank Anthony Grillo (born June 8, 1963) played Officer Paul Jackson during Season 1 of The Shield. Grillo has also appeared in shows like "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit", "The Kill Point", "Prison Break", "Blind Justice", and "The Guiding Light". He also appeared in the 2007 mini-series The Kill Point. In recent years, Grillo has become better known for some of his noteworthy supporting roles in film. Some of his better known film roles are roles similar to his one on "The Shield": as a police officer in the 2012 cop film End of Watch and as Brock Lumlow in the 2014 comic book blockbuster Captain America: The Winter Soldier. In that latter role, Grillo also played a man who was part of a S.H.I.E.L.D. unit.
