Clarence Alexander Boucher (born November 1, 1896 in North Bay, Ontario- date of death unknown) was a Canadian ice hockey defenceman. He played in the NHL for the New York Americans. He played junior hockey for the Sudbury Cub Wolves in 1919-20 and finished off the seasons for the senior Wolves. After starting the next season with the Cleveland Indians of the USAHA, Boucher came back to the Sudbury Wolves. He played for the senior Iroquois Falls Papermakers from 1922 to 1924 and then played for the senior Galt Terriers in 1925-26.
