The Royal Congress was a Lovian semi-democratic political assembly assisting the young King Arthur II of Lovia from 1887 until 1893. Although never formally abolished, the Royal Congress ceased its activities when the King came of age. The Royal Congress consisted of ten advisors, from each part of the country and appointed by the local leaders, who were in turn elected by their respective communities.
