In Jon Against Nathan! First Battle On Ula'ula Island! Jangmo-o was used to help break Typhlosion and Lucario out of the cage, however Jangmo-o stopped listening to Jon's commands and even attacked Jon. While at the observatory, Jangmo-o got even more restless and was around some other trainers Rockruff, while also around April's Rockruff. Jangmo-o accidently knocked Jon off the edge of the mountain but felt upset and snapped out of his enraged state. During the Green Flash Sun Set, Jangmo-o evolved into Hakamo-o alongside April's Rockruff, when she evolved into Lycanroc. Hakamo-o mastered Draco Meteor upon evolving and also learnt Sky Uppercut.
