| - Ronu III was the site of an old, decaying base, once owned and operated by the dark Jedi Cazzik Wyn. Since Wyn's cease of operations in the system, the planet had only been visited a handful of times. One of these was by Renalla Starrider, who raised four sons on the barren rock, and another by Cazzik Wyn and Xanamiar Knight, who retrieved these sons after Renalla's death. The native people, nicknamed the Scorpion People, were a ferocious, war-like tribal society. Presumably nomads, nothing was known about them, other than what they looked like, and their behavior. They were not hesitant to attack Wyn's outpost without warning, even if an entire raiding party would die in the process. In 16 ABY, Ronu III was once more visited by the Jedi Knight Jerik Blackthorne, in an attempt to learn how to root out and destroy the dark side of the Force. He was drawn to the neighboring Ronu II, where he fell to the teachings of the Sith. Later, he returned to Ronu III, and transformed the Scorpion People into Sithspawn that served him, and him alone. Caius Wyn, Xanic Wyn, Jerik Blackthorne and Guan Blackthorne were all from this planet.
