The Swan Road Estate is a social housing estate on Swan Road in the Rotherhithe area of Southwark, London. The estate is on a rectangular plot site, bounded by Swan Street to the east, Rotherhithe Street to the north, Railway Avenue to the west, and Kenning Street to the south. Constructed in the 1910s, this is one of the earliest social housing projects in this part of London. The estate consists of five 5 storey blocks, enclosing two courtyards. The buildings are built out of brick with tiled Mansard roofs over the upper two floors. The estate is now part-private and part-social housing.
