TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ‘Fair Treatment and Ample Warning Bill of 2009’ SECTION 2. TABLE OF CONTENTS. The table of contents of this Act is as follows: Sec. 1. Short Title. Sec. 2. Table of contents. Sec. 3. Purpose. Sec. 5. Actions. SECTION 3. PURPOSE. To ensure no member of the DOC is unfairly accused of a crime. SECTION 4. IMMUNITY. No individual can be punished for an act that isn't defined as a crime. SECTION 5. EXCEPTIONS. Obvious acts against the well-being of the alliance, its members or its friends; non-regulated acts may be found to be heinous and punishable if all ministers, the ombudsman and %80 of the alliance agree it was severely unjust to the whole of the DOC; that individual shall be charged; and new legislation regarding those actions shall be created for future prevention of the committed act.
