The Eighth Doctor Adventures are a series of audios about, you guessed it, the adventures of the Eighth Doctor. There are 34 audios in this line, which is a whole lotta Eighth Doctor goodness. Nicholas Briggs gave it exactly the same name as the 1997-2005 book range to trigger John Peel. The fandom generally considers this range to be more canon than the aforementioned book series, but in all honesty does canon really fucking matter so long as the quality of the stories is good? Asylum of the Daleks is canon (well... depending on who you ask) and it's indisputably horseshit, while Curse of Fatal Death is GOAT. Point proven.

Unlike the Bernice Summerfield range, these Eighth Doctor Adventures are not inspired from the books in any way (well, as far as I know, I ain't read any of them). Instead of dragging Sam, Trix and Anji over into the audio format, Big Finish invented a whole new companion, Lucie Bleedin' Miller, who's basically a northern more likable Rose Tyler (although some may argue that "northern" and "more likable" is an oxymoron). Also in the fourth series there's some other hoe who no one cares about. Starring Paul McGann and Sheridan Smith, two of the sexiest performers alive.
