- The Organization(or the Org for short) was founded by Maleficent in order to destroy all good and take over every universe in existence. They are an ever growing group of villains with a large range of powers, abilities, and weapons. They tend to call upon each other to destroy their enemies or other evil crimes. The only known ways to join the Org is to be invited, take an interview, or serve a villain already in the Org. It is apparent you can join otherwise as Zim failed his interview, did not get invited, or work for another villain, but he is still a member. It is unknown how to do this though. The Org's HQ is a castle in parallel, distopian version of the REAL world 20 years into the future.

- The Jhereg Organization or "business end" of the Jhereg is the network of bosses controlling crime in Adrilankha and other major cities. The city of Adrilankha is divided geographically between various major bosses (presumably the five members of the Jhereg Council), and then subdivided into regions controlled by lesser bosses, who answer to the major bosses. This side of the Jhereg is sometimes also called The Right Hand of the Jhereg. The Left Hand of the Jhereg handles illegal sorcery, but is completely independent from the Council and the Organization.

However, local pirates always escaped the control of the Organization. In 53 BBY, Riboga lost control of the Organization in a sabacc game with his majordomo, a strange alien named Nirama. Riboga had been under the impression that the criminal enterprises within the Cularin system had become unprofitable—an impression devised by Nirama—so he took the loss well, and the Organization passed into Nirama's hands without violence. One of the first things that Nirama changed was to abolish the slave trade. This move was not universally approved of, as slavery had been quite lucrative. In 31 BBY, a conspiracy calling themselves the Cell came together with the intent of deposing of Nirama and reinstating the slave trade. With the help of a group of spies, Nirama was able to root out the Cell before they could cause too much damage. The Organization's primary center of operation was a base built on the largest asteroid within the Cularin system asteroid belt. Several other asteroids in the belt also held bases used by the Organization.
