Hi, I'm Maha Nadihan. I don't have a lot of edits on the wiki, but most of my edits have been constructive. I'm willing to help users. I wasn't very active until recently, but now I'm going to do at least ten to thirty edits a day. I have a lot of knowledge to put on this wiki, and since I have a lot of free time now, I can help a lot. I have reverted some vandalism, but I cannot help very much if all I can do is redirect (On pages such as Seamen I had to redirect it to somewhere else, Kandarin in this case). Please consider me for adminship. Maha Nadihan 02:58, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

  • Hi, I'm Maha Nadihan. I've added several images, all of the Recruitment Drive Temple Knight images, a new Mugger, and King Arthur. I have been blocked three times, twice were for real abuse, once for blanking a page on accident. I regret ever vandalizing the wiki, and I do know that it diminishes my chance at a position like this. Most of my edits are creating new pages (such as Greldo or Wilderness Tag) or adding more information to certain subjects, or correcting spelling/grammar which I find VERY important on articles. Please consider me for adminship. Maha Nadihan 02:58, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Oppose-I'm sorry however you don't have quite the edits or experience I'd normally look for in an admin, you have potential, however you still have a ways to go before fully proving yourself.-- File:Helm of neitiznot (charged).png Azaz129 File:Crystal shield.png Talk Edits Contribs 03:25, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Comment-I fully expect responses like that. Maha Nadihan 03:31, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Oppose Like what Azaz said, you're just too inexperienced. I would say maybe rollback rights, but just not enough edit counts. I would consider asking an admin for rollback rights in the future, but not adminship. You have a good record and you have made many constructive edits, but it's a no for me. :( File:Rollback crown.svg Spencer (Talk | Edits | Contribs) 04:51, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Comment-How many edit counts would I need to get rollback rights? Maha Nadihan 04:54, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Comment- Well there's no predetermined number (for either adminship or rollback rights). I'd say after about 400-500 solid edits you could ask a Bureaucrat for rollback rights.-- File:Helm of neitiznot (charged).png Azaz129 File:Crystal shield.png Talk Edits Contribs 04:59, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Comment I have nearly 300 edits now, I started today with around 160 O_o. Maha Nadihan 06:31, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Comment - But be aware, sometimes it's not always about editcount. Some users have 5000 edits and still have no admin or rollback rights. And all rollback allows is faster vandalism removal. 06:35, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Comment I know it's not always about edit count, but that does generally improve chances. And why else would I want rollback rights? The whole point of me asking for admninship was so I could stop vandalism. Maha Nadihan 06:46, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Comment 2 - Okey dokey but you couldn't really do anything about vandalism-created articles with rollback rights. 06:50, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Oppose - Reverting some vandalism and posting some images, like you said, is not enough to become an admin. I also posted some images, but then im talking about hundreds of them. That's an example. And what others said, also in my rfa, ignore your editcount. Focus on quality, that's what im doing now. Buzz (Talk • # • √ • P ) 06:58, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Oppose - To-be sysops need to be regularly active, which you haven't been. And yeah, you're relatively inexperienced for being granted sysop rights, as seen here (just an example). You only updated the current price and date, while the last date and price were left unupdated, a common- and very annoying -mistake. File:Dragon helm.pngChiafriend12File:Granite body (old).png I have 12 friends. Loon is best buttlord 07:23, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Oppose - You really don't need to be a sysop, I think rollback rights would be sufficient. So I would recommmend asking a crat. There really isn't an official set edit count to be an admin on this wiki but from what I have seen you should probably have at least 1000 edits and you have to demonstrate a strong need for sysop tools. File:Prayer-icon.png Matt File:Smite old.png|25px 07:56, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Against. Things like this prove that you need more time on the wiki to learn how things are done before you consider a leadership position. --Andorin (Talk) (Contribs) 18:00, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Feed to Cht--I mean, Oppose. - You kind of left a negative impression with me on the Talk:Skeletal wyvern page. :\ Planeshifted 20:01, 26 June 2008 (UTC) Comment -- Work on our policies, ask for rollback, edit more in the project namespace, or just stick around for a couple 'nother months. Doing those things looks really nice in a candidate. ;-) File:Rollback crown.svgearth(t) Comment/Neutral: The factors: 1. * Edits: You have a lot of edits, mostly main space edits. Thats good. 2. * Absence from comuntiy discussion: You aren't in any communtiy discussions, besides this RfA, as far as I see. ([1]) 3. * Vandalism: I've seen ony one report to the [[Cvu]]. Not good enough. 4. * User talk: You haven't posted any offensive comments on any ones talk page. Good. 5. * Block: You gave your own evidence of block to your IP adress. Evidence: You keep blocking my IP address (although it changes from time to time). I understood my first block (redirecting Jagex to Fire cape, although, really? Blocking for that?), but my second block was an accident. When I clicked on "Wilderness Riot" from the "Riots" catergory, it was vandalized. I checked the history and undid the most recent addition, but then it turned out that someone had reverted the vandalism and what I ended up doing was removing all the content from the page. You blocked me until September 10th, which is an awfully long time for an accident. Just figured I'd bring it up. Maha Nadihan 01:06, 12 June 2008 (UTC) You gave legible reason for the block, so Good (source: Tesfan's talk page). To sum it up, Oppose. Sorry. --Derilith 01:03, 28 June 2008 (UTC) Oppose - Why are you listing off everything bad you've done? Blocked several times? Haven't made very many edits? I've noticed that we're getting a lot of RfAs from new or low-editcount users lately. I accually have never heard of you, because you have only made 19 edits on talk pages so far. You also seem to be listing every contribution you've done, and there aren't very many. But like Azaz said, you have potential. You say that you plan to be more active, so try nominating yourself after you make more edits. 13:09, 29 June 2008 (UTC) Comment - @C Teng- He said that he regrets being blocked. I think its a good think to say that you're blocked before running for adminship--or else us users will find out for him.--Derilith 13:35, 29 June 2008 (UTC) * Okay, I see your point, I guess that's good. 13:47, 29 June 2008 (UTC) Comment/Neutral - Please don't take an offense at anything said here. Administrator tools are something that give you the ability to really mess things up if you get a little "hot tempered" about what is happening. I should also note that there are a great many things that you can accomplish without the administrator tools, including reporting vandalism, organizing content, and recommending pages for cleanup and/or deletion. If you really want to become an administrator, review Special:Recentchanges and potentially seek rollback rights first. --Robert Horning 14:50, 29 June 2008 (UTC) OPPOSE for all the reasons above plus Talk:Black_Knights%27_Fortress. And that one is the biggest reason of all for my oppose. Calling us thieves and swearing at the wiki as a whole. Nice.--Degenret01 06:44, 2 July 2008 (UTC) Comment Stealing from another fan site (which I find infinitely more helpful than this one when it comes to quest guides) is thieving. "Damn" can be considered a swear word, I suppose (where I'm from it's not), but really, the entire thing was copied word for word. Maha Nadihan 01:46, 3 July 2008 (UTC) So if it bothered you so much, why did you not take it upon yourself to rewrite it? Now before you ask me why I haven't, I'll say because it doesn't bother me that much, but I will next week if it's not done by then. But anyhow, you missed my point. It's how you responded to seeing the guide that makes me think your not someone who should have sysop tools. --Degenret01 02:13, 3 July 2008 (UTC) I AM going to rewrite it, it's just real life events got in the way of me doing so, which is why most of my edits are just small fixes and not complete rewrites of articles. I wasn't going to bother to talk about your grammar error (as I don't really care as long as it's not in an article), but I have to because I'm afraid you'll make the same mistake in a real article, so please make sure to use "you're" when saying "you are". I understand that my reaction was a little out of hand...but I didn't go off a spree and vandalize anything because of it.Maha Nadihan 03:22, 3 July 2008 (UTC) You guys realize an IP, not a user made it? Check like 5 or 6 edits after the original to see where it got some real content. Christine 03:25, 3 July 2008 (UTC) Nope, didn't realize, don't really care who did it. Aren't most IPs just users that forgot to log in anyhow? :) --Degenret01 03:44, 3 July 2008 (UTC) No, I don't think so at all. Can't know for sure though. Christine 17:31, 3 July 2008 (UTC) Oppose You say you are "going to do at least ten to thirty edits a day". Adminship might be applicable when you have done plenty of edits, not when you promise to begin! More serious than that is the fact that in at least two articles, you actually replaced "gemw" with a fixed number you just typed into items' infoboxes for the G.E. price. Unicorn horn dust and Red dragon leather are the ones I saw, just randomly picking some of your recent edits to investigate. This lack of knowledge is symptomatic of your inexperience, and is enough to make up my mind. Of course I'm not saying you will never be ready, but I would oppose for now at least. Leevclarke talk <a href="http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb290/leevclarke/RuneScape/Max%20Bulldog/Max_logo_mini.png">http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb290/leevclarke/RuneScape/Max%20Bulldog/Max_logo_mini.png</a> http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb290/leevclarke/RuneScape/bulldog_puppy.png 04:13, 4 July 2008 (UTC) Oppose Agreeing with above poster here. I think that the most important attributes for an admin are: 1) Reasonable length of time on wiki 2) Undertaking a major project of benefit to wiki which benefits from a user with Admin privileges (See GEMW) 3) Considerable edit-count/ High number of quality articles (Either 500+ quality little edits or 50+ major edits perhaps (figures are not to be taken as definite)) 4) Good relationship with majority of community 5) Knowledge of policies Of these I suggest you need 1),5),4) and either 2) or 3) (or both!) to become an admin.
