  • A magnetic-pulse weapon similar in design to the handheld EMP grenade, droid busters, also called magpulse busters, were concussion-feedback missiles equipped on LAAT/is near the end of the Clone Wars. They detonated five meters above the ground, and could neutralize every battle droid within a fifty-meter radius. Several droid buster missiles were utilized in the opening stages of the Battle of Murkhana, which took place in the last days of the Clone Wars. They cleared the beachhead and drop zone of numerous B1 and B2 battle droids and even a couple of Hailfire units, allowing the clones under the command of Jedi Master Roan Shryne to land in relative safety.
