During research for what kind of nutrients should swimmers make sure that they include in their daily lives I came across a very interesting article about how big of a meal or snack that you can have during a swim meet. You also always want to pack some kind of snacks that have a good nutritional value so your not stuck at a swim meet or practice with no money or unhealthy food being sold at the concession stands.

You also always want to pack some kind of snacks that have a good nutritional value so your not stuck at a swim meet or practice with no money or unhealthy food being sold at the concession stands.
