Emmett Rollins was the brother of Rollins, a bridge officer aboard USS Voyager when it was lost in the Delta Quadrant. On the first anniversary of the ship's disappearance, Mark Johnson went to a gathering on Deep Space 9, where he met Rollins, along with a number of other family members of crew lost with Voyager. On the second anniversary, Greskrendtregk invited everyone from the first gathering to Ktar, but a smaller crowd showed up. The crowd included Rollins, Johnson, Davey Honigsberg, T'Pel, Abhaya Parekh, the Kim family, and a few others. (VOY - Distant Shores short story: "Letting Go")
