| - Zebes was a Class XIX rogue planet that had been passing through the FS-176 Solar System at the time of its ultimate destruction. Initially home to a Chozo colony known as Chozodia where Samus Aran had been taken to be raised by them after the decimation of her home of K-2L, it was more recently taken over by a group of the Space Pirates who became known as the Zebesians.

Zebes was the locational setting of the original Metroid, its enhanced remake, Metroid: Zero Mission, and Super Metroid. According to Metroid Prime, Zebes had a mass of 4.8 trillion teratons and was in the FS-176 system. Samus Aran, the famed Bounty Hunter was raised on Zebes by the Chozo after her home on the Earth colony K-2L was destroyed by the Space Pirates.

- While the date that Zebes was discovered is unknown, it has been confirmed that it was found by accident while a group headed by a guy, presumably known as Hakro Zebeth, was going through a galactic trade route. Interested, he went onto this uncharted planet, where he became lost. He eventually sent out a distress call, though all hope was lost and the crew were never heard from again. It should be noted that this has been the case for multiple other teams as well, who all seemingly died on the planet.

Dort steht auch in große Statue. Brinstar ist ein riesiger Urwald. Er wird bewacht von Spore Spawn und Kraid. Die Kreaturen Etecos und Dakora sind ebenfalls hier beheimatet. Wrecked Ship ist ein Schiffswrack und hat eine seltende Metall-Liegerung. In diesem Sektor muss man gegen Phantoon kämpfen, welchem vermutlich die Besatzung des Schiffs zum Opfer fiel.
