Thomas Terry Connally (August 19, 1877 - October 28, 1963) was an Democratic politician from Texas. He served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1917-1929, and in the U.S. Senate from 1929-1953. For most of his term as Senator, Connally chaired the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations.
