Card Abilities are skills a pet can learn that enables the pet card to be equipped on the player's belt slot. When equipped, it increases a character's Stat(s). Sadly, the in-game tooltip for belt stats is bugged at the minute, giving completely incorrect stats. Example 2: if I was to slot 3 level 90 harpies, I would only gain +33% dexterity and +33% p.atk speed, despite the belt stats being higher- 12% x 3 = 36%. The table below does not include the +1% bonus gained from the belting mechanism.

For example, a card with the timing of "when defending" cannot be resolved twice by the defender during a single attack. * The word "you" on a Ship card refers to the corresponding ship. • Card abilities are resolved as instructed by the text on the card with the additional restrictions described below: * A card ability cannot be resolved more than once during the timing specified on the card. For example, a card with the timing of "when defending" cannot be resolved twice by the defender during a single attack. * The word "you" on a Ship card refers to the corresponding ship. Abilities on Ship cards cannot affect other ships unless the ability specifies otherwise. * The word "you" on Damage cards and cards refers to the ship that has those cards. These cards only affect the ship that they are assigned to unless the card specifies otherwise. * Unless a card ability uses the word "may" or has the "ACTION:" or "ATTACK" headers, the ability is mandatory and must be resolved. * If multiple abilities resolve at the same time, the player with initiative chooses which of his abilities to resolve and resolves them in the order of his choosing. Then the opposing player does the same for his own abilities. * If a ship is equipped with more than one copy of the same Upgrade card that does not require an action to trigger the card's ability, it can trigger each copy of that card at the specified timing. * When a ship is destroyed, its card abilities are no longer active. The exceptions to this rule are card abilities whose effects have already been triggered and specify a time when the effect ends, such as "until the end of the Combat phase."
  • Card Abilities are skills a pet can learn that enables the pet card to be equipped on the player's belt slot. When equipped, it increases a character's Stat(s). Sadly, the in-game tooltip for belt stats is bugged at the minute, giving completely incorrect stats. When a pet (with belt passives skilled) is slotted onto your belt, there is a +1% increase to the appropriate stats for each pet with the same belt passive, starting with the first pet. For example, a stage 0 level 90 pantera gives +6% strength and +6% physical attack, but the belt adds +1% to these values when two or more of the same stat is inserted to belt and so the actual bonus from belting two such a pets is +7% strength and +7% physical attack per pet. There is a +30% cap on the bonus to any single stat from the effects of the pet alone, but the extra +1% given by the belt can exceed this cap. For example, belting three s4 panteras will result in +33% to both strenght and physical attack. Example 2: if I was to slot 3 level 90 harpies, I would only gain +33% dexterity and +33% p.atk speed, despite the belt stats being higher- 12% x 3 = 36%. Example 3: 2x stage 0 kentaurus on belt=2x15% str/p.atk+2%bonus from having 2 pets giving same stats=32% str/p.atk; if a stage 1 pantera was added, the belt stats would increase to +33%, not +37%. The table below does not include the +1% bonus gained from the belting mechanism. * Abilities learned at level 40 are during Evo 1 and cost 2 JP. * Abilities learned at level 90 are during Evo 2 and cost 2 JP.
