Haziq Khaleel is the owner of an auto-body shop in Los Angeles and also a member of a terrorist cell that made him the target of both NCIS and Mossad operative, Michael Rivkin. However, when Office of Special Projects raided the shop, Haziq attempted to fight back by shooting the Agents in sight but Sam Hanna shot him in the arm, incapacitating Haziq and resulting in the raid being a success. It's presumed that after the interrogation, Haziq was jailed for being a terrorist and also the member of an illegal organization.
