Die meisten "Twinks" sind wohl Charaktere, die von "großen" Spielern hin und wieder gespielt werden um Abwechslung von der Hauptprofession zu haben oder um einen Charakter für einen speziellen Zweck zu haben. Twink items on the Auction House can be expensive. Twink enchantments can only be performed by high-level characters. Therefore, twinking usually requires significant assistance from high-level alts, friends, and/or guild members. However, there are examples of self-made twinks that generate the necessary gold from Auction House trading or other in-game methods.
- The Glorious Nation of Ethniclashistan is led by the Great Leader Twink. Twink is a veteran player of Cybernations. He got his early start in the Carpe Diem when he was recruited by Kirstenmichelle. He worked in Carpe Diems' first government as the Minister of Finance for a year. After a brief conflict with the Imperium of Man the government of Carpe Diem introduced a charter to form a empire out of the republic. Twink agreed with this move and generally considered it a good time.

He frequently gives Mario and his partners information on where the next Star Spirit is being held, and where the team should go next. At the end of the game, Twink bids farewell to the princess, telling her he's going to make people's wishes come true. It seems that Twink wants to tell the Princess something further, but he stops himself and rises up to Star Haven.
