Martin Garneys Bond (born 1917) was a local politician. The son of Nigel de Mundeville Bond and Dorothy Ella nee Hambro, he qualified as a solicitor in 1939. During the Second World War he held the rank of temporary captain in the Royal Artillery, and was awarded the Military Cross in 1946 for services in the North West European theatre 1944-45. He was a Conservative Party member of the London County Council represnting Wandsworth Central from 1955–58, and sat as an alderman from 1961-62.
