Regardless, it's...very heavily implied in her R2 character song, "One More Chance," and arguably implied within the series itself, particularly the epilogue.

Regardless, it's...very heavily implied in her R2 character song, "One More Chance," and arguably implied within the series itself, particularly the epilogue. However, there's some debate over whether she's in love with him as a person or an idealized version of Zero, and that...really comes down to a matter of interpretation. I think it started off as an idealized crush but that, later on, her respect - and later love - for him as a person grew. But that's merely opinion, and while I think I could argue it pretty convincingly...I won't say it's the only right possibility.
