Sabui Ketsueki (Literally meaning: Cold Blood) is a Genin ranked Shinobi from Kirigakure. In the academy, he was known as a prodigy for his smart/fast thinking and his techniques. Before he migrated to the second great nation of the world, he was in the minor village of the Land of Snow, Yukigakure. Not much was known about his abilities, except for the fact that he could use a nature transformation version of the feared kekkei genkai known as Ice Release. This Ice Release gave him a minor reputation, making him feared by 25% of Kirigakure. Some even thought he was a Yuki, but soon found out he wasn't, so his reputation went to 13%, dropping nearly by half of the original number.
