Don Gillen (born December 24, 1960 in Dodsland, Saskatchewan) is a retired professional ice hockey right wing. He played 35 NHL games with the Philadelphia Flyers and Hartford Whalers. He played junior for the Brandon Wheat Kings and was chosen 77th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1979 NHL Entry Draft. He played one game for the Flyers while still a junior in the 1979-80 season. He played for the Binghamton Whalers until he retired in 1984.

He played junior for the Brandon Wheat Kings and was chosen 77th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1979 NHL Entry Draft. He played one game for the Flyers while still a junior in the 1979-80 season. Gillen turned pro in 1980-81 with the Maine Mariners. At the end of the season he was traded to the Hartford Whalers. He got into 34 games for the Whalers in the 1981-82 season, scoring a goal and four assists. But he never got back to the NHL. He played for the Binghamton Whalers until he retired in 1984.
